What is EBA Concierge?

We're a boutique travel and concierge service in Cartagena, Colombia. We design and host curated tours, events, and logistics for travelers and vacationers — from a single afternoon out to multi-day itineraries. Every booking is personally handled by Elizabeth or Dia.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Flexible. Cancel more than 48 hours before the tour for a full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours, reschedule free or take a 50% refund. Less than 24 hours is non-refundable. Weather cancellations on our end are always free — see our full Cancellation & Refund Policy for the details.

How will I meet my guide or driver?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the tour, we'll either meet you on foot at a designated meeting point, or arrange a private car pickup at your hotel or rental address. You'll get exact meeting instructions on WhatsApp once we confirm your booking.

Question 4

Are your tours wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

Some, but not all. Cartagena's Old City is cobblestone and not every venue we partner with is fully accessible. Once you book, we'll validate the accessibility of your specific route, venues, and pickup, and tell you honestly what works and what doesn't before you pay.

Can I bring my children on a tour?

Children are welcome on most of our tours. A few experiences (jet ski, some wellness services, late-night bookings) are restricted to 18+. Each tour's detail page shows its age range up front.

Do you cater to solo travelers or groups?

Accepted Answer

Both. Most of our itineraries are designed for groups of 2–10, but solo travelers are very welcome on our shared walking and Rosario boat tours. For private solo experiences, message us and we'll quote it.

How do I confirm my booking details?

Accepted Answer

Once you submit the itinerary form or WhatsApp us, our team reviews your requirements and sends back a finalized itinerary — meeting instructions, accessibility confirmations, and final pricing. Nothing is locked in until you confirm.

Do I need to speak Spanish?

Not at all. Elizabeth and Dia both speak fluent English and Spanish. All tours run bilingually.

What if it rains?

Cartagena rain is usually short. Walking tours shift route or pause for coffee; boat days are rescheduled (free) or refunded in full if conditions are genuinely unsafe.

Can I pay in pesos or US dollars?

Prices are listed in USD. We accept payment in COP (Colombian pesos), USD cash, or international credit card via a secure payment link.

Is tipping expected?

Accepted Answer

Tipping is never required or built into our prices. A tip is appreciated if a guide or restaurant exceeded expectations, but completely optional.

Is Cartagena safe for solo female travelers?

Accepted Answer

Cartagena's historic neighborhoods are generally safe and walkable. We brief every guest on the areas to avoid and common-sense precautions. Solo female travelers are common on our tours.
